We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Include original packaging, manuals, and accessories
  • Not show signs of damage or used
  • Include proof of purchase

Free Returns

We offer free return pickup for eligible returns within India.
No restocking fees will be charged.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Items missing packaging or accessories
  • Customized or special-order items
  • Products marked non-returnable at purchase

Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share images or video proof
  • Free reverse pickup will be arranged

We will provide:

  • Replacement, OR
  • Return with full refund

Change of Mind Returns

If returning due to personal preference:

  • Free return pickup available
  • No restocking fee
  • Product must be unused and in original condition
